He was great at helping us choose the right list price. He had amazing photographs made and got some great showings. When we had some real interest he suggested the potential buyer come again in the late evening to see the amazing view. He suggested we put out a bottle of wine for the buyer so he could stay awhile and imagine himself living there. That sealed the deal! Marc was very professional and creative.
